An exercise philosophy that embodies the lifestyle of our agrarian ancestors

From cutting trees, to lugging logs and rocks, to digging ditches, out ancient agrarin ancestors were active all day long. No one went to the gym; and they were all, generally, in amazing shape. But with the advent of the industrial revolution and computer-age, we started getting fat, unhealthy, and generally out of shape. Going to the gym 3-4 days a week for 30 minutes is just not enough; we must be moving and getting up from our butts every hour or so.
