By submitting an idea to SparkThis, you grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and facilitate the development of your concept. Idea creators retain ownership of their intellectual property but agree to share development rights with selected teams.
Idea creators are entitled to receive 5% of pooled funds plus ongoing royalties as specified in project-specific agreements. Royalty terms will be negotiated between idea creators and development teams.
All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors. SparkThis is not responsible for any payment processing errors or disputes.
SparkThis may charge platform fees on successful project funding. Fee structures will be clearly disclosed before any financial commitments are made.
Your use of SparkThis is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use personal information as described in that policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses, project failures, or data breaches. Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to use the platform.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of SparkThis shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account by contacting customer support.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
